FAQ

  • What services do you offer at your collision repair shop?

We offer a wide range of services, including collision repair, dent removal, painting, auto glass replacement, and frame straightening

  • Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we work with ALL insurance companies to help streamline the repair process. Some insurance companies will try and tell you that we are not on their "program", therefore they can not warranty our work. The insurance company is not the one that warranties the repairs.. the shop is. You can have peace of mind that we will stand behind our work. In Oregon, you as a customer can pick the repair shop of your choice and the insurance company will work with that shop, whether they are a DRP shop or not.

  • How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The length of time it takes to repair your vehicle depends on the extent of the damage, the specific repairs needed, and parts availability. Rest assured, we will also provide repair updates while your vehicle is at our facility.

  • How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?

The cost of repairs depends on a variety of factors, including the extent of the damage, the parts and materials needed, and the labor required to complete the repairs. We always provide our customers with transparent pricing information.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

Yes, we stand behind our work with a warranty on all workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts will carry the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you experience any issues or concerns with your repairs, simply bring your vehicle back and we'll make it right.

  • Am I required to use the repair shop that my insurance company recommends?

No!!  In the state of Oregon you can use any repair shop that you choose. That repair shop will then work with your insurance company. Insurance companies may try to direct you to their preferred shop, tell you that they will not warranty a non-preferred shop's repairs, or that you may be required to pay any additional charges, etc. These are just tactics to direct you to a shop that they are contracted with. Insurance companies will work with the shop of your choice.

  • When do I pay my deductible?

The deductible is due upon completion of the repairs to your vehicle. We accept cash, check, or credit card. (there is a 3.5% credit card fee) Unfortunately, we do not offer a payment plan.

  • Do you provide a loaner vehicle?

We do not offer a loaner vehicle while we are repairing your vehicle.

  • Can you save all or a portion of my deductible?

If there is something on the insurance estimate that you would prefer not to have repaired or replaced, that could possibly be credited towards your deductible. If you ask us to "add" something to an insurance estimate, that is not accident related in order to "save" your deductible, that is insurance Fraud.

  • Do you have the capability to straighten frames?

Yes. We have a CHIEF frame straightening machine and a state of the art Genesis Laser measuring system to ensure complete accuracy.

  • What type of automotive paint do you use?

We shoot SIKKENS waterbourne paint. "The Sikkens brand from AkzoNobel is the world's premium refinishing system. For more than 200 years, Sikkens has been delivering one high gloss, durable finish after another."
